Hello! My name is Lauren and I love it when a plan comes together.

I help coaches and creative business owners with planning, project management and content curation/creation by handling day-to-day tasks or assisting with one-off projects so you can level up and reach your ideal customer.

You may need help on a regular basis, but if there isn't enough work to keep a full-time, or even half-day employee productive then it can be difficult to justify that expense.

Planning and project management – let’s look at what you want to (or need to) start doing in your business, then we’ll discuss what you hope to achieve by the end of the project so that we can create a plan of action on how to get you there.

Content curation/creation and scheduling (social media, blogs, email newsletters) – I'll get you set up if you’re starting from scratch or help plan the online presence you want to create so that you can build on that going forward.

Research, proofreading and basic editing – this is vague, I know, but you’d be here a while if I listed all the projects that I’ve worked on over the years.

Side note: I can do lots of other stuff too so let me know if you’re looking for help with something specific and I'll either send you a proposal or refer you to someone better suited.
