I am inspired everyday by people, the growth they are willing to stretch to, and their being becoming. We facilitate this together, and the modalities I choose is Massage, Reflexology and Facials.
When a client comes in for massage, my main focus is on listening to your words, body language and how your body feels under my touch. Your massage is then created using a variety of techniques including-fascia release, connective tissue work, stretch, classic Swedish, sport massage, essential oils, lomi lomi, lymphatic drainage and pressure point therapy. Perhaps a stone or 10.
With Reflexology I draw on energy work I have been taught and learnt, as well as three different reflexology techniques including language of the feet. This impowers us (me and you) to get a feel for what is going on physically and the emotionality of the body.
Facials are quiet classic, cleanse, exfoliate, seirum massage and mask using TheraVine, as you would expect at most beauty salons. My focuse is on deep relaxation and using reflexology to work with the skin internally.
I also travel to your home or office.
