I designed these pieces in the midst of PND, to remind myself that I am a survivor. I have always been an advocate for mental health, I have tried to keep you all informed and to encourage those struggling to seek help. To me, it is the ultimate act of bravery to admit that you are struggling. I really hope you enjoy my tongue in cheek goodies!
